Recruitment consists of three stages. The first is the initial screening of applications. The second and third stages are on-site interviews with the recruiter and the department leader. The first meeting is mainly to present the specifics of the position, the values of our organization and to get to know the candidate. At the second meeting, the details of potential employment are discussed. If the candidate successfully passes the 3 stages, he/she is formally offered employment.

Recruitment interviews are held at the location where you will be working. In exceptional situations there is a possibility of conducting the first interview remotely. Recruitment interviews are conducted in Polish, but if the position requires knowledge of a foreign language, we will want to verify the level of your knowledge of this language.

The working hours of the office, located in Tyczyn, PL, are 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., while warehouse workers perform their work in shifts from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

It is only possible after a 3-month trial period, on a hybrid work basis.
