What do we do?

Import

Our core business is import of coffee, sweets and beverages. More than 200 independent suppliers guarantees our wide assortment and the competitiveness of our offer.

Export

We export FMCG products on a global scale. We ship our products to more than 60 countries on 4 continents.

Logistic

We have proven logistic solutions to ensure fast, timely and safe delivery. We organize land, air and sea transportation.

Distribution

Our distribution network covers various sales channels, from local stores to retail chains. We work in a b2b model with small and large companies. We also serve HoReCa and e-commerce.

Customs handling

We provide a comprehensive customs service, carrying out all procedures related to international trade. Our warehouse is a customs-recognized location and clearance takes place directly at our yard.

Warehousing

Our modern warehouses is a total of 6,000m2, high storage and over 2,700 pallet spaces.

Certification

We cooperate with certification institutions. We assist customers in obtaining the necessary documents. We carry out sales based on EUR1.

Private label

We create and develop private labels. We are responsible for the entire process - from concept to distribution.

In the beginning

there was coffee, or more precisely wholesale trade, which we, as Black Jack Trading, have been engaged in since 2011.

With proven suppliers, loyal partners and a professional distribution network – two years later we created the Black Jack purchasing Group.

GLOBAL Cash&Carry

A milestone in our development was the opening of a Cash&Carry hall in 2017 with an area of just under 10,000m2, equipped with 10 sales counters.

In our Cash&Carry, we made available a full range of imported FMCG products to both retail and business customers.

Our company

grew dynamically over the following years on international markets and expanded its reach to other continents.

Part of the group and founded in 2014, ‘Alchemik Sklep’ company was renamed and continues to operate today as Nostra Trade Sp. z o.o. constituting a European leader in coffee trade and one of the pioneers of the Polish FMCG scene.

Our team is ready to respond to any need – both for start-up company or a large corporation.

Yes, we are able to offer goods outside our regular assortment. To do so, send us as detailed inquiry as possible. We will check what we can do for you.

The minimum order size is 1 pallet. 1 pallet can contain a mix of any goods (only full boxes per SKU).

The offered goods are subject to constant rotation so most of the offered products have a fresh expiration date. If it is different, you will be informed about it. Expiration dates are provided upon request when placing an order.

Our main warehouse is located in Mlyny 115, 37-552 Poland, from where we carry out most shipments and releases of the goods.

Most orders are processed on the day of ordering. Transportation within Poland usually takes no more than 24 hours. Transportation within EU takes usually 2-4 days. Timing for outside-EU-customers depends on the destination and final volume of the order (it’s set individually).

All presented prices are EX Works our main warehouse (37-552 Poland). We can always assist you with finding the most efficient transportation and in some special cases we can cover the transportation cost – ask for details.

We use the services of proven transportation companies. Our warehouse is under constant camera surveillance. You will receive photo documentation for each order along with a tracking shipment number.

The preferred form of payment is bank transfer. Payment in cash is possible at our branch according to the applicable laws.
